Fireworks (Sparks in the Park)

On Saturday 31st of October, Cardiff's Cooper's Field will be host to one of the largest firework events in the UK - Sparks in the Park, with a spectacular display of pyrotechnics, a bonfire to behold as well as fun fair rides, food stalls and many other family attractions.

Please note the time of the fireworks is approximately 1 hour earlier this year. Gates open 4:30 pm, Bonfire 6:00pm, Fireworks 7:00pm (display lasts approx 30 minutes).

The event is organised by Cardiff Round Table, who have been organising this professionally-run annual ‘Spectacular’ for more than 29 years!

Each year, this event is attended by up to 18,000 people and our volunteers not only work hard to ensure that this is a both a fun and safe event – they also go on to donate the proceeds to worthy local, national and international causes. Hundreds of thousands of pounds have been donated in this event's history.
Attractions include be a chance to become a firewalker, a fairground, beer tent, hog roast, and music from the Red Dragon FM stage which will be presented by Kam from Red Dragon FM's Kam and Sally breakfast show. So its not just just bonfire and fireworks! All we recommend is that you wrap up warm!
Please note - no sparklers or fireworks should be brought to the park.
